With the style of football we are trying, this is one of the most important positions on the field.

Unfortunately, Siopis runs around frantically and has no vision or technical ability to control the game and dictate the midfield.

Been screaming for an upgrade in this position for a while.

Siopis better as a guy to defend the game but needs a lot of work in my opinion for this style of football.

His gag reflex is the safe/half turn back towards out goal. He's got the tools, but is either coached or chosing to be very safe. There's a box to box player there if he switched it up a bit; in my opinion.

Fair enough if that’s your opinion but this is a thread about the number six and that’s not Joel’s position??

I hope that this is what Robertson will bring to the table.

It could be a good pairing.

Siopis can focus on what he does best. He has a lot of energy and ultimately his best thing is being able to win the ball back.

That passing ability and link from back to front then will fall to Robertson I would imagine.
