Bad injury not sure he will recover fully from it , sad really . Was a great prospect,

Doesn’t even start or always get in the squad for hornchurch but some people were having a go at the club for releasing him

Unfortunately some players can’t ever find form after a bad injury

As you know,

His knee broke down again and he can only ever now be part/tome.

It swells up after 45 mins in a match .

He never got over the two years of operations

Don’t worry he’s being a pure dick.

We could say what’s happened to our last 30 players who were going to be Stars in the Championship??? at least Lennon had the ability.

Agree.

We have ruined players in the past but this one was just an unfortunate injury.

Neilst, your the same poster that said I was wrong about Steve Morison.

I am looking through your posts and I realise you’re in a mission.

But to try and take the piss out of a player who had been badly injured and did have the ability to be great as West Ham had him there for 14 yrs and rated Lennon very highly.

But due to his injury coming back all the time he had to drop out the League, you’re very sad to start this topic as everyone was told about him on here.
Just take time out and take a look at yourself.

crazy how so many jump as fast as they can to have a dig, yet fail to spot when our club say we have future superstars and they end up never making it :banghead:

there is two options in life be respectful or be a dick and some posters are the latter

Quite incredible Kyle.

Lennon and his Father still read this forum as he really wanted to make it with Cardiff.
Injury cost him, not his class.

Cardiff’s call not to offer him a decent contract as turned out to be the right decision The decision may have been based more on his injury and the probability of him getting over it fully rather than talent
Only the people who made the decision will know

Annis, I started writing a response to Neilst’ deliberate OP but quickly realised it to be futile, as we’ve been here before…

As you know, as you were there with him, I spoke in person to Lennon’s dad and had the other side of the situation and both were desperate for Lennon to (a) come to Cardiff, and (b) be given a chance…

The former (coming here) happened to the delight of the then manager, Mark Hudson, but sadly being ‘given a chance’ was not really on the club’s agenda with him (Hudson) being sacked and Lennon asked to go out to Pontypridd United (no offence to them) way below the standard required for a potential Championship player

Injury not talent was the issue here and I hope Lennon proves his ‘knickers’ wrong…! :ayatollah:

Thank you Chris, that’s exactly what happened and it’s a shame.

You can see the OP is on a sarcastic post belittling.
He must lead a very very sad life.

Back to Lennon, it’s a crying shame as he really had talent.
And he and his Father and family really wanted it to work out at Cardiff, as we said the skill , class was there but so was his injury.
