The game turned when Reindorf and Evans came on. Pace, Pace, Pace. Thats all it was Reindorf must step up to the first team. Colwill was excellent when he played as a 10 but God we'd have a player if he could finish. As for the other youngsters, I think it is fair to see why they don't get included in the first team regularly. Nice to enjoy a win and some positives.

It was a typical first round cup tie boring lacklustre.

Reindorf looks extremely lively maybe he can be cardiffs future bothroyd type player?

We still need to bring players in for the first team we are crying for pace in this side!

1st half was boring, a couple of glimpses of decency, Conte on the wing, Robertson influential and Colwill, Bagan had a good game in defence. Subs definitely changed it with pace, Reindorf, Evan’s and Tanner. I criticised Tanner on Saturday for slowing the game down and constantly going backwards but tonight was good to see him attacking at pace.

Would like to see Bulut utilise Reindorf and Evan’s in the 1st team now in the league, along with Ashford. Surprised he wasn’t picked for a part tonight though.

Eli King needs to be let go, seemed out of his depth in that game tonight, poor showing from him.

On to round 2

But the first half was boring.

Second half much better. Good debut for Robertson.

Reindorf very good when he came on.

Been very critical of Colwill but I’ll always say when I’m wrong, and he was brilliant the last half an hour. Really hope he kicks on from here, MOTM for me.

Hopefully get a good away draw in the next round.
