To be honest for many years now the players haven't turned up for the derby games especially the away games.

Every season the fans travel to the Liberty Stadium (or whatever it's called nowadays) putting up with draconian travel restrictions, early starts to get there and buying every ticket that's available to them at the extortionate prices charged by the robdog vermin.

The fans are always loud and supportive to the players and then they begin to realise that the players in blue are unwilling or unable to match the commitment of those fans as inevitably the team roll over and end up well beaten.

As a final insult those same fans then have to watch the vermin and their current manager and all of their staff celebrating on the pitch wearing rubber rings and practising their swimming strokes.

If the players showed just a fraction of the commitment of those fans perhaps our visits to that shithole down west may be a bit less daunting.

You're right of course but the question to ask is why do we never do that?

Doesn't matter who the players are or who the manager is we just don't treat it the same way they do.
