"It can be that we can take one for loan who is perfect for us that we can use and that he will give us what we are expecting."

“We are delighted with Jesper’s arrival. We tried to get him in January, but it was not possible, as his then club would not let him go. He is a great defender, but also good with the ball in the build-up. He will help us a lot.

Cardiff City have been handed a major injury boost ahead of the South Wales derby, with talisman Aaron Ramsey passed fit to play and summer signing Anwar El Ghazi set to make his debut has come as a shock.

But City are desperate to win this game and Bulut is putting everyone of his best players out.

There is still a late fitness test for captain Joe Ralls, who limped off in the first half of the 5-0 demolition by Burnley last weekend, while Ramsey worryingly went down off the ball in injury time in the second half, clutching his leg while laying prone on the floor.

The central defender joins from Cercle Brugge K.S.V.
