Erol Bulut:
“I have said to Ryan Wintle, there are offers on the table, take one and better for you as you like playing every week.”
Bulut has told the 27-year-old he is not in his plans for the season and that he is free to leave this summer. However, the manager wants the saga resolved sooner rather than later in order for him to work out his playing squad and budget in the final week of the window.
“He knows he is not in our plans and he knows he needs to accept one if the offers, we are offering a free transfer out.”

Be good to get him off the wage bill

Sounds like a real clash of personalities between Wintle and Bulut if the club are offering him as a free. Thought he could command a small fee. Definitely the right thing to do though in moving him on. Never good enough for a top half team.

I think he’ll be back up North.
A decent player but limited.

Why the hell did Bulut offer him a 3 year contract now wants rid? He has every right to just sit on his contract or wait for a golden handshake as many other players have in the past!

Criticised the manager lately but you know as well as I do that the club gave the contract extension and not Bulut.

Surely Bulut had an input on that?
Wintle needs to just wait for about 6 more games when Bulut is likely to be sacked.

At the time we had very limited assets on the books with fixed down contracts.
Its right to move him on. He's not good enough

Millwall keen on Wintle -
Millwall are among a number of Championship teams interested in Ryan Wintle, with a club in Turkey also having shown in
The Bluebirds midfielder has been deemed surplus to requirements by manager Erol Bulut, who yesterday urged him to make a decision on where he will go and accept one of the offers on the table.
And WalesOnline has learned that Neil Harris's Millwall are just one of the teams who have shown strong interest in signing the 27-year-old. Other rival clubs in Cardiff's division have also registered interest, while a move abroad to Turkey looks unlikely at this stage.
Of course, the midfielder signed a new contract last year and could even decide to stay at the club, despite the manager having told him he will not feature for him while he is at the helm.
Wintle now has a week to make a decision, with the transfer window closing on August 30.
