Yep, so nice to see a footballer willing to stand by their principles.

It doesn’t matter what side of the argument you are on, the guy clearly feels strongly and I think should be applauded for speaking out. His comments are pretty considered from what I have read and makes a nice change from the sanitised sound bites we normally get from footballers.

He hopefully gonna be a great player, I’m not in favour of all this political circus I wish he was fully concentrated on getting fit for us.
