To really improve, Rubin Colwill has to start most games and not get subbed off after 60 minutes. However, it’s hard as we also have Ramsey there who is also QUALITY. Question is, would you now start Colwill consistently so he can start improving his game and become even better?

In a front two or front of a diamond midfield supporting the inverted striker wingers which we have.....

Tough one but no. His end product isn't great and I would choose Ramsey every time. Maybe start him if Ramsey was rested for a midweek game or injured but he promises a lot without delivering much.

Actually fine him if he comes deep looking to pick it up from a CB. Get in the final third and stay there. Be a nuisance, be creative.
That said, because his finishing isn’t great or his assists, maybe there’s a call for him to play deeper! At least he passes the ball forward!
I’m a fan, though understand his critics, bigger fan of his brother.

Definitely not.

Loan him to League One then.
Nowhere near good enough to start in the Championship.

Agreed. I’d be tempted to sell though. Don’t think k we’ve had anyone clamouring for his signature though.

I am still not sure how he fits into this system? He is also too undisciplined and a free spirit for Buluts philosophy
I think with a less rigid manager he is the most advanced CM in a three where he comes and gets the ball but one of the other CM's rotates into that space, with Ralls or Siopis that is pointless.
But Bulut is very rigid and structured it's almost like American football. I think the only one who would be allowed any freedom to think for themselves is Ramsey.

Biggest problem with colwill is that he is too slow has literally no pace and very rarely produces a final product. Looks good on the ball but lacks any real threat. If he did he’d be playing in the premier league by now.
