Jason Perry on Cardiff goalie Horvath:
“Cardiff have a problem with the goalkeeper,” he said during his commentary duties for the BBC.
“He didn’t look comfortable, he parried the shot for the goal, he didn’t look comfortable on crosses, with balls back to him he didn’t look comfortable in possession, so it makes it hard to play through the thirds.”
The fact Ethan Horvath sliced a clearance out for a throw-in just moments later only strengthened Perry's argument.

Parried shot!! What se could he do catch it?? He did well to save it not his fault defenders not covering player.... yes he looked dodgy but there again he was targeted for rough stuff...we conceded 1 and that was not his fault.

In my opinion Horvath has never looked confident in a City shirt. He has several mistakes a game in him and with Bulut insisting on playing out from the back, Horvath is a liability and teams have sussed that out with the high press they play against us. Horvath also doesn't impress with his inability to command his box and cleanly take crosses may also be a confidence issue. The defence is also having problems because they have little confidence in Horvath. For his own good he should be replaced by Alnick with immediate effect - he is a much more solid keeper.

How many.y mistakes cost us goals? All hoaljeepets struggle when pressed only need to look at premier league at weekend to see this.. May lack bit confidence but at end day only conceded one goal which was not his fault! As for Perry he loves stating the obvious just so looks relevant and knows what he's talking about... can't wait to put boot into club.

Always find it funny when pundits who were outfield players make comments about goalkeepers and what they should be doing.
They know about as much as us fans do about it…. Not a lot

What he said was stating the obvious he did look dodgy but at end day so did several others over the weekend? But importantly the goal that was scored was not his fault

I’ve often thought Alnick was the number one keeper for us until he got injured think he’s a better over all keeper that hovarth
