El Ghazi yesterday

Wasn’t sure how he’d do yesterday. Obviously a quality player but hadn’t played for ten months. It was a high intensity match to come into.

Early signs are good though.

Looked calm when he got the ball and was constantly making good runs.

Did a good job at distracting their goalkeeper for Robinson’s goal.

I reckon he could be a real force in this league if he is injury free.

Was clearly rusty, but like all good players, seemed to have a great first touch, time on the ball and quick in thought. Fingers crossed he will continue with cameo appearances off the bench and be ready for 90 minutes early October.

When he's fully fit, if he puts in performances like he did for Villa and Ajax, he will be the best player in the league.

Downside is that we won't have him for very long.

He does excite me and looked good considering he has played for a big time. Linked up well with Ramsey think them 2 will work well together be good for Ramsey to have someone close to his level.
