17-year-old Chris Rigg wins the ball. 19-year-old Eliezer M

You have to give at least a couple a chance and mix them with the older quality.
It’s the only way they can improve:
Joel Colwill a major example, one of the best players to cone through our Academy in years, Bulut sends him to a guaranteed struggling club Cheltenham ( Div 4) then send ms some to Non League, Welsh League & Div 3.

Sunderland have +9 goals
Cardiff City have -9 goals

Dalman / Tan / Bulut / Glen Williams have ALL Raved about our youngsters but they never get a run and are even older than some of the Sunderland players.
If it continues at Cardiff like this, May as well scrap the Academy as it costs over £1Mill to run ( We do get big grants as well).

Rubin Colwill shines and Bulut drops him?
Then praises him that day as one of the best players?

Bulut falls out with Eli King, so sends him to Stevenage.

SUNDERLAND FC:

17-year-old Chris Rigg wins the ball.

19-year-old Eliezer Mayenda carries the ball and provides the assist.

21-year-old Romaine Mundle finishes it off.

Sunderland have the youngest squad in the league and have won every game so far.

Absolutely tells you all you need to know.

Our club is rotten to the core with an inept board and management team making increasingly puzzling decisions - on first team tactics, player acquisition, first team starting line ups, labelling any player up to the age of 23 a youngster!

Its a bloody shambles and now sadly, the rotten core is evident in our position in the League table.

Sweep the detritus out of our club and get in proper, competent football professionals who CARE about our young players, the supporters and our wonderful club as a whole in its 125th year.

Look on the bright side, Conte and Fagan-Walcott get to play in the fifth tier this season.

Joel Colwill has massive ability and the club are obviously doing the right thing by bringing him down to League Two level.

Given the experience Ramsey had playing under Wenger, I wonder
what he makes of Bulut’s management and tactics?

Ramsey and Ralks knocked on Bulut’s door last season, let’s just say not happy with tactics

I think we’re dealing with some very arrogant people who believe they know better. It’s very difficult to offer the level of support the team needs when there are so many bad decisions being made. For Bulut to go will mean Dalman accepting he was wrong. I fear that realisation may not come easily to him.
That said, there’s now a 2 week opportunity for Bulut to take the steps to turn things around. His next team selection will take on huge significance.

Unfortunately, 2 weeks will see no change, he is scared too lose but loses and thinks bringing the same players on at the end of every game will have the same effect. Every game he has a look of bewilderment on his face and you can see that rubbing off on the players. :bluebird:
