SEASONS OVER ALREADY IN MY HEAD SADLY

Sun Sep 01, 2024 2:04 pm

I know most will say thats early but the main aim is to be promoted and can anyone realistically see us been promoted or in the top 5? My heart has sank after yesterdays game i drove down at 7am exited and drove home feeling completly lost with the players we have we should be doing a lot better and i was believing we could get into the top 6
but as soon as a saw the team selection
with miete in colwill not in the starting 11 or reindorf not even on the bench
and after our failure again to not get a striker over the line my thoughts where we go with what we have

But i was still optimistic for the day especially after watching our display against southampton mid week where we pressed southampton and with colwill calling the shots reindorf making the running upfront we where looking good and was looking forward to the new style of pressing the opposition right on the edge of there own box and there keeper having to launch it

but it was down with a bump

what another dreadful first half performamce defensive across the back no press whatsoever sitting back it looked nothing like the midweek game
and apart from 10 mins of the second half we again sat back and did the usual went behind then bulut hits the panic button and tries to change it when its all over.
Bulut will be given more time but as they say a leopard never changes its spots and after the dreadful tactics of the end of last season and the start of this season perhaps i should have learn' t
I was so looking forward to s new chapter this season but in my head and heart the stuffung has been knocked out of me already feeling so deflated
i ei still turn up for the games but with a completly different feeling the exitment has gone already and despair is creeping in sadly and its all down to the managers tactics there is a good selection of players in our squad warnock eould get a better tune out of these and for the record nathqm jines would look to be a better fit as a manager of a championship club like cardiff rather than bulut trying to get us play as if we are arsenal.

A slight overreaction.

Look at Forest a few years ago. In the relegation zone in the Autumn but bring in Steve Cooper.

Made a few decent signings in January and ended up being promoted.

Nothing is decided at this stage, anything can happen with the right changes.

We have just entered autumn season so we better be quick then if you think we could do a forrest or use them as an example and do you really think bulut is going after the leeds game ? He will still be here until the fans like we did with mc carthy start chanting to get out of our club only difference most all hated mc carthy
bulut is a nice man i chatted with him after the sunderland game but my mum is also nice but i would not want her managing cardiff.so i ca not see us rocketung ip the table unless bulut plays with a completly different style so i will stick with my statement
but i did say it was in my head perhaps most other fans are more optomistic
a bit like thinking we where going to get a loan striker from the prem.

There are over 126 points to play for, its just a poor start.

I am despondent as well as I know Bulut has no idea how to change it.

Ralls, Wintle, Rinonhota were the scapegoats, umpteen strikers and wingers, Goalies we have changed them all.

Slow, predictable, safe, lethargic he can't change his Turkish football roots.

He has to go tomorrow

No way this group is getting promoted.

I think it felt worse after the dull end to the transfer window.

The life has been sucked out of our home games. The damning statistic for Bulut and his style of play is that he’s the only Cardiff manager who’s anti-football has made me leave the game early.

There’s games where we go 1 down and I already know that it’s game over.

Season is far from over, we’ll be in a relegation battle and will need all the support we can muster.

To be fair, Monty is the first to say his prose isn’t the best; but it is a long way of saying “I don’t think we’ll be promoted and it’s just dawned on me, despite the pre-season rhetoric!

I’m with him on the ‘disappointment’ but I never realistically thought it would happen this season once I saw a proven striker wasn’t our priority well before Transfer Deadline Day… :ayatollah:

Sunderland did the same when managed by Roy Kean .

Trouble is we won't bring in a Steve Cooper type manager if Tan sacks Bulut, more likely a Tommy Cooper type manager

Keep up
you missed the "are" out of your sentence making it impossible to read and follow.

Its as much as i can do to hit the right letters with my manual labour intensive fingers.
