MY VIEW: CARDIFF’S ABYSMAL START TO THE SEASON CONTINUES / IF YOUR ABSOLUTELY TOOTHLESS IN FRONT OF GOAL / YOU’VE LOST THE GAME BEFORE YOU’VE EVEN KICKED A BALL:

Derby were a very very ordinary, yet Derby could of Won 3-0

Cardiff had Won their last 3 games to Derby and not lost to Derby for 6yrs.

Bulut gave First league starts in 2024/25 for Alnwick, Bagan & Colwill. El Ghazi made his first ever City start!

CARDIFF’S WORST START TO A LEAGUE GAME IN 40 YEARS:

Cardiff 1pt from 15pts / Scored 1 Conceded 11 Goals

CARDIFF ARE NOW LOOKING SERIOUSLY IN TROUBLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CHAMPIONSHIP & AFTER ONLY 5 GAMES:

Ralls, Bagan and Fish all booked

For me Mendez-Laing Best Player on the pitch, got injured 68th min.

7-8’times the ball was put in the box by Cardiff, but NO one their ??
We don’t even test their goalie.

FIRST-HALF: it was even stevens, then in the 28 min, Derby took the lead. Goudmijn. (1-0), tore open the Cardiff defence and Goudmijn shot for the goal.

32 mins: So Close. Perry's effort from Rallsy's corner is saved. Goutas' strike is cleared at the final moments.

Derby took more control, Cardiff were toothless upfront, yet again.

44min Great save by Alnwick from a Mendez-Laing Strike.

SECOND-HALF:Perry NG replaced by Will Fish.

48th min DAVID OZOH Derby County player had to hobble off and was one of their best players.

62 mins Bagan off for Tanner and El Ghazi off for Willock

Alnwick made a good save.

68 min Robertson on for Ralls and Cian Ashford on for Kanga

Mendez-Laing went off injured for Derby

82min: Nat Phillips on for Derby

95th min Adams missed an open goal.

Our 2 best attempts on goal were from their defenders, says it all really.

Bulut out! Absolutely essential he is sacked with immediate affect. He's had two weeks to produce yet another listless performance like that. There were no positives or improvements. The team now have no confidence at all and we were beaten by a very average Derby. It's not a change of players needed its clearly the system and motivation from the management. We really are in lots of trouble now despite it being only 5 games as I can't see the next goal never mind 3 points and we will rapidly be adrift. I am actually angry with Bulut as that's unacceptable with the squad he has. Get him out now!

Its the same formation, the same slow back line passing crap. Nothing has changed bar a few faces. Clearly he doesn't know any other formation. The only thing he knows is changing some players with ten minutes to go then we start having a go and we are always losing when he does this. It's embarrassing, it really is.

How some of them players are professional footballer's I'll never know they should be arrested for fraud even though they are playing the managers tactics and instructions.

F**k off back to Turkey!

What an awful manager! How anyone on here can back him is ridiculous. I’ll keep saying it until he’s gone, Turkish tactics have no place in the championship!

Annis,
You know I’ve always been a firm “Bulut In”

But, we can’t go on like this. He has to go.
It doesn’t even look like the players are playing for him anymore.

Anybody who still wants Bulut at the realm is a Jack in disguise.

There's no confidence or understanding whatsoever. You can see lots of arm waving from the players not getting it. The effort from some of them is poor too. It all stems from a manager whose lost it. Credit the youngsters who tried at the end. A new voice and ideas is needed in that dressing room immediately. It will take many weeks before we recover. We're not down now if we act tonight and sack him.

The players play whichever way the manager tells them regarding when to run, when to sit back, when to drop in, what shape we play, formation going forward, formation defending, positioning and so on. Anyone can tell you this who's has played at a decent level. He's clueless and has to go now.

Should off never got rid of mendez-laing. He running rings around our players.
Unfortunately we are stuck with 4 strikers, Robinson will not start again as Bulut dont like him, Isaak Davies is injured for another 3 months, etete still injured and kanga who is strong but dont have the pace we need.

I dont want to say it but I think a management change is needed, staying up is a priority forget top Six.

Yes, and that’s been evident from the start of the season that they’ve been playing in a particular way.
But, today it just came across the players looked done. Zero confidence, and just didn’t want to bother in the end (apart from the youngsters, and Bulut’s love child - Sio)

We need a competent, experienced Championship manager and fast before we're seriously cut adrift. The goal difference alone is alarming.

Look at Blackburn - flying now with a manager Brum sacked!

Bulut isn't for changing tactics and that's clear. The bloke keeps on catching the train to London only to arrive in Newcastle - he cannot and refuses to change whats in his blood.

I don’t think I can put myself watching our aimless football for another 90 minutes. I don’t think I’ve been as angry watching us play since McCarthy. When we are just passing it side to side in the last 10 minutes of the game when we’re 1-0 down the alarm bells have to be ringing. Bulut unfortunately has to go, the changes today, whilst I can’t argue with the players removed, just didn’t affect the game. The formation stayed the same when it was clear it wasn’t working to begin with. With Leeds and Hull coming up it has to be curtains for Erol, otherwise we’re going to be bottom with 1 point after 7 games.

Start of this season Tan was targeting top 2 at best and top 6 the least.

To be fair to Tan he did give Bulut the cash to spend AND Tan never wanted to keep Bulut beyond last season.
It was only Memet Dalmin who wanted him to stay. Wonder what he is thinking now.

I have to agree

What is really awful is we've lost again to a team we should not lose to! If out played can say fair enough but 3 games lost to average sides even burnley we were best side 1st half but cannot win games by having players to scared to try and pass ball into space for others to run onto.... at one point rolls had ball and player to his left with derby players nearby had player on right in lots of space to move forward
But chose to go left which meant going backwards eventually and that is the story of our season.... got yo go now so can pick up points and confidence to move up table...
We have a decent side its tactics that are causing the problems

Correct I am normally optimistic, but sadly today has broken me. I’ve spent the entire game shouting at the TV because it’s the worst we’ve played in a number of years. The players have got absolutely no confidence, and are incapable of creating chances. If he isn’t sacked within the next week I may even join you in the anti Tan camp
