BOYCOTT NEEDED!!!

Tue Sep 17, 2024 5:22 pm

Total Boycott of games home and away. Boycott the club shop , bring these clowns running our our club down to their knees.

If that means administration and league one or 2 foitball then no probs.

Never understood the fascination with premier league. The money does not stabilise your club one bit. The chase is good I guess but ........

Regroup and go again with someone else running club.

If we was in the top six right now all the above wouldn't matter nore would there be any moaning on here that's today's football fan in truth.

Lose four games and it's the end of the world these days although nobody likes the shit being served up right now either way, I don't rate this manager now as he's so stuck in the same formation and ways but we don't pay his wages the circus above does. :bluescarf:

The only thing that is going to bring to its knees is the club. Tan has way more money than sense (obviously).

We’re never going to get enough fans to completely boycott, the rebrand showed that. Demonstrations in the ground are the best way. Sad thing is, don’t think Tan gives a f**k

While a boycott may feel like a way to regain control and demand change, it carries risks. It could trigger the collapse of the club's current infrastructure, but whether that collapse leads to a better future is uncertain.

You're right that relegation or dropping into administration isn’t always the end of a club. Some fans even believe that lower-league football is more authentic, as it's less driven by TV deals and corporate influence. However, administration is a risky gamble. It usually leads to points deductions, potential asset-stripping, and could result in a long road back, with no guarantees of new ownership or success.

A club going through relegation and rebuilding under new ownership can provide a fresh start. You’d have the chance to reset, get leadership in place that aligns more with the fans’ values, and avoid some of the pitfalls of top-flight football's commercialism. However, there's always a risk that new owners might not be much better, and rebuilding could take longer than anticipated.

The Premier League brings immense financial rewards, but, as you say, it doesn’t necessarily translate into long-term stability. Many clubs have chased the dream, overspent, and found themselves in serious financial trouble. The constant pressure to remain competitive often forces clubs to prioritize short-term gains over long-term planning. A more sustainable, community-driven approach could be healthier for the club, even if it means lower-league football for a time

Pack the stadium.

Have backs to game whole match.
Like Poznan style but no jumping.
