An interesting, well rounded review which is pretty much bang on.
I'd give our squad more credit, but you cannot argue with most of it.
They make an excellent point of Bulut having alot of early praise in the bank for what was a dismal season after a fast start.
A really good summary of our absolute lack of strategy when it comes to manager recruitment, also. I'd say this is our biggest flaw as a club over the past 10 years. Even the Warnock recruitment is more 'job for the man' than 'man for the job'. Funny how they single out Harris as our only credible manager, also.

Thanks for posting. I listen to NTT20 every week and they do know their stuff.
They are right, there are bigger problems at the club than just the manager.
But as they also say, the right option is for Bulut to be replaced.

Good points raised - reevaluate EVERYTHING
And sacking him isnt the silver bullet! Though he must be sacked ASAP
The problems have lied much deeper since Warnock left.
Its plain and simple, we have a clueless double act running the club
Injuries, not knowing how to put the ball in the net, unhappy dressing room, toxicity brewing among the fans who are actually still bothering to turn up. No faith or trust in our hierarchy and their decision making. Many clubs showing improvement on last seasons performances. Atmosphere dying.
