The club have listed what the tributes will include on Saturday.
The two clubs will come together to pay tribute with Sol's wife, former team mates, officials from Cardiff as well as Eddie Gray amongst others for Leeds all on the pitch pre-match.
The tributes will begin at 2.45pm so please be in your seat by then.
There was also an event on Friday night.

We are supporting the fan-led campaign to make CCS as blue as possible this weekend. Wear a blue shirt, jumper or jacket to Saturday's match, and, if you can, show your support by making a donation to Lymphoma Action UK.
The official matchday programme will take a break from its 2024/25 retro covers and produce a special edition in memory of Sol and his impact for our Club.
The programme will cost £3.50 and will be available at a variety of locations across Cardiff City Stadium.
We ask all supporters to take their seats at CCS by 2:45pm, fifteen minutes before kick-off. This will allow fans from both clubs, staff and players to pay their respects to Sol. A special tribute to Sol will be played in the lead up to the match.
Members of Sol’s family & friends and former City teammates will be in attendance at CCS on Saturday and will join the Bluebirds, Leeds United’s CEO, Angus Kinnear and Club Ambassador, Eddie Gray, pitchside to place flowers in his memory before kick-off.
A banner will be raised in the Canton Stand before the game, which will later sit permanently in the Ninian Stand. We would like to express our thanks to all those who donated towards the creation of this banner.
A minute of applause will also take place pre-KO on the referee’s whistle.
In the 14th minute of the match, we ask supporters to stand & again applaud in memory of Sol, who wore the number 14 shirt for the Bluebirds 73 times, including throughout our promotion-winning campaign of 2017/18.
