If you replaced Bulet what would you do with this group of players…
I would look at the strengths…. There are some.
Who are our best players?
Chambers, Daland and Fish for me along with Alnwick. Ok Dalands injured and I’m assuming he’ll be back in a game or two.
Start with these. Daland and Fish centre halves with Chambers in the holding midfield position like Ampadu for Leeds today. One holding midfielder not two!
We need energy at fullback I would be playing Giles and Kpakio at left and right wingbacks. I’d then play a fluid three in front of Chambers…. Robertson, Colwill and I’d recall his brother if you could, if not it would be Turnbull/Willock. I would say one of those has to always support the striker who would be El Ghazi.

Kpakio — Fish Daland——Giles
—————-Chambers—————
Robertson—-Colwill——Colwill
——————El Ghazi—————-

With these results I would resign.

Play with 2 strikers. Not since chopra and bothroyd have we done this on a regular basis.
Lone striker just does not work. The only time was with keiffer moore.

1. I would stand up and clap for a club legend that died
2. I would try and win a game
3. I would play our technically best player, Robertson
4. I would train the players to play proper football
Quite simple really.

You could potentially do absolutely nothing whatsoever but put someone in that dressing room who's capable of firing the players up and I think you'd see an almost instant upturn in results.
I don't want Warnock back...but if he had 5 minutes with those boys before kick off, I think you would have seen a totally different game. Sending off or no sending off!

The ball needs to go forward much much quicker. I'd go pretty direct push the players 10m further up field. Robertson and Siopis are quick to the ball, win the second ball. You don't have to win the first ball, just make them play it.
I would put Colwill BEHIND the 2 CM's and give him a freer role than now until Ramsey is back. 4141

I agree with more vertical balls not lumping it forward but straight balls in to feet

Colwill is vastly overrated. I don't get the hype with him.

I agree Colwill has been given full games recently but hasn’t performed. Reuther see his brother in the team

Perhaps. But he’s not the issue. The issue is poor selection and negative tactics. Persistently belligerently negative tactics. Watching exciting players against Leicester get bombed out to non league.
Watching us take so long to play a pass forward that the entire opposition has time to run back in to position and set up their defensive patterns.
We are woeful and have been for a while. Any sign of improvement is squashed out. Sio hasn’t played well in weeks but he plays every game.
Ng just looks totally uninterested. But plays.
Robertson is obviously a gifted midfielder but can’t get a look in to start.
Chambers cost us that second goal after a mistake no premier league player should be making.
Kanga is at best ineffective.
But all the criticism is at Colwill who ran his socks off for 90 mins and had 2 of the 3 attempt made on their goal.

Colwill is not a bad player just not as good as the hype and not help by our tactics.

If the poor performances were purely just down to Bulut then I'd try and set up like below
Alnwick
Ng Fish Daland Collins
Siopis
Robertson Ralls
Colwill
El Ghazi Kanga

3 at the back for me:
Alnwick
Fish- Ng- Daaland
Willock - Robertson - Turnbull - O’Dowda
Ramsey (Colwill when Ramsey is out)
Robinson - El Ghazi
Got to get more players forward.
