PL club agree £500m takeover

The Friedkin Group reaches total agreement for around £500m to buy Everton.

TFG purchasing all Farhad Moshiri shares and investing to reduce club debt.

Moshiri accepted best deal for Everton.

Approval process will take around 12 weeks.

Secures financial stability and future.

Ned let's see if this happens? This will be 3rd or 4th attempt for someone to buy them

Ned let's see if this happens? This will be 3rd or 4th attempt for someone to buy them


I think it was stopped last time before the PL weren't happy with the details.

Seems that's not the case this time.

For their fans' sake I hope it goes through the tests that the Premier League, FA and Financial Conduct Authority do.

Yes ned they need some stability but dyche is on thin ice now as well...... they've got an owner like tan doesn't appear to have any footballing nous spent hundreds of millions and still in trouble years later despite really good managers like benites ect ..... maybe we are next for takeover? :P :lol:

It still sounds messy and a long way to go. There are several big loans made, I wouldn't be surprised if a Langtone situation popped up at some point in the future.
