Eli King has so far made 3 appearances in 8 League / Cup games for Stevenage

They actually have dropped him.

I know people were up in arms about this and a few other loans but I think some of the young players aren’t as good as we think. I think when the first team is so poor we idealise young players that aren’t in the team and think they are the answer but the truth is most of them aren’t. I think Joel colwill the best of this bunch out on Kim and a year in league 2 will do him no harm at all

Your so close to the truth:

The local media make them out as Stars, The People running our club do the same, then the sane usual fans say we are producing Non stop talent.

95% are not even League 1 standard.

Then we produce a gem Joel Colwill and all the same lot praise it that we sent Joel to a league team like Cheltenham.

Some people were talking about him in the summer as if he was Rodri.

This was based on playing games for Morecambe in League Two and a poor Scottish team.

I said I was yet to be convinced. This proves it.

What's that got to do with him not getting in Stevenage's team??

Last time I checked Bulut wasn't at Stevenage.

Not what I’ve been told.. I’m from Ebbw Vale and my family know his parents well, Eli moved for game time and Bulut couldn’t guarantee that.

There was no falling out.

Ok ?

Then why did we not make it in the loan move that Eli King has to play, Clubs do it to us?

So if he wants game time, then what’s he doing their ?

Personally I don’t see him good enough, a good league 1 player.

I do know this Wintle and King both asked Bilut if they were going to be regular first team players and were they in Bulut’s plans and the answer was No, you can go out on loan.

Also Ramsey and Ralls questioned Bulut about his tactics.

The stipulations of the loan contract would’ve been negotiated between the two clubs and possibly the player and their agents therefore either Cardiff have asked and Stevenage have refused or Cardiff have chosen to not include this within the contract.

When Premier League clubs loan players to us they hold the monopoly over the players. They want the club they are loaning the player too to give them as much game time as possible to get the player developed to sell on or so they can break into the first team so they enforce specific rules that stipulated in the contract. For example, Liverpool this summer have sold a significant amount of youths players.

Currently, he may only be good enough for League 1 as you say. However, there are exceptions look at Mark Harris, he dropped down a league and been a great player, has got promoted with Oxford and also won the POTM award.

Also, don’t get me started on Bulut’s woeful tactics.

Misleading stats, he joined after the season was underway.

Of the games he’s been at the club for, he was on the bench for the match two days after joining, came on in the next game, started the next two and then dropped to the bench in their last game.
