What’s everyone’s favourite formation?

I was brought up on a 4-4-2 formation but eventually football evolved and new methods and formations came about.

This is not about Cardiff City or what players you have or need but which formation do you like to watch or if you had to coach a local team.

My would be 4-3-3.
So what’s yours?

I like 3-5-2 personally. That’s what I play on FIFA anyway haha

Old school yes, but for me, it's about attack as the best form of defence.

433 I live the wing play

Cardiff City are 442.

Big man, little man up top.

Anything else is wrong and utter woke nonsense/games gone.

4-1-3-2

Plain old 442.

Too many people trying out fancy formations when they don't have the players for it.

44-1-1

5 at the back when you are bossing the 4231 game........

541 was crazy.

4-4-2 job done.

4-3-3 is my personal fave with the right personnel which we don't have, so......

4-4-1-1 Colwill in behind and to be told you will be fined if you come deep to pick the ball up from the CB

4-4-2 because i want to see Robinson alongside a striker so he can play in the pocket

Or one that I would love to see with this group of players but will never happen, is 3-4-1-2, Daland, Fish and Goutas at the back, Chambers and Robertson in the middle with O Dowda and Tanner either side, Rubin in a free floating forward minded 10, with Robinson playing off Kanga up top.
