Dear oh dear what the hells happened to this player?
He looks 4 or 5 yards off the pace, looks like he’s playing with zero confidence. He had THREE chances to clear the ball before they scored their goal but just looked like his heart wasn’t in it.

IMO he doesn't naturally fit into a 4231. He is a 442 winger, help you full back, take your man on, and wip a ball into the box. He is a wingback in a proper 343, but no idea where he was playing today. I agree he tossed around with it too much today

Not fit yet

He’s as much to blame for the draw as our manager.

Too many injuries.
It's natural after the amount of time he's spent injured that the level of his performances would drop.

After the way he did sod all to stop the cross- would need convincing for him to play again.

Injury prone. Id plan to get rid. Can't be relied on.

He's gone.
Been here two seasons too long now....

Not match fit

Not match fit isn’t an excuse for showing zero heart or can’t be arsed attitude

Simple answer. He has been played in the wrong position ever since Bulut came.

Callum O’Dowda set to miss upcoming Ireland double-header -
The Republic of Ireland squad began their preperations for the upcoming Finland and Greece matches on Monday but defender Callum O'Dowda has been ruled out for the UEFA Nations League matches.
While O'Dowda played for Cardiff City in the 1-1 draw against Bristol City yesterday, he did not travel to Dublin due to injury and so Ireland will head to Finland and Greece with a 23-man squad.

Wow! Some very unforgiving and kneejerk opinions on O'Dowda here.
Not an excuse for making a mistake or not blocking a cross but this guy has continually been played out of position since joining City.
I'm sure he's very relieved that some of you aren't his manager. He's usually a very reliable performer.

It wasn’t a lack of effort ,you have to give credit for the instinctive first time cross it was a peach of a ball .Odowda when fit is a major player for us when played further up the pitch

He's simply reduced his standards to that of a current day Cardiff City player!
