From what I gather loan to equity will be much easier and no limits to this. Tan is currently restricted to the amount he can do per year but this might not be the case moving forward.

The rules will filter down I think. FFP came from the premier league.

Not sure the debt to equity is anything to do with rules in this country ,it's in Malaysia the problem lies.

Not sure I want us to benefit from anything Man City are doing.
They're just causing as many problems as possible to try and get around the fact they have 115 charges against them.
Can't wait for the book to be thrown at them.
