Great news. Can only improve us to have our most gifted and experienced player fully fit under the right manager

As has been said in another thread, not sure fans would be 100% sure about starting him ahead of Colwill.

I have my issues with Colwill but Ramsey has been terrible this season. Maybe that's down to Bulut, maybe not. Didn't play well for Wales either, missed four or five great chances which he would have scored a couple of years ago.

Ramsey did well before the injury last season but not been impressed this season.

Will get another injury before then.

Time to cut him free. Colwill is more capable now in the number 10.

Agree with all you say but certainly good news in having him and his experience in the squad sooner than originally thought

Time for Ramsey to retire and become a coach imo :bluescarf:

Re: Aaron Ramsey has been :

Ramsey way past his best, not consistent enough and Rubin deserves his starting place 100% :bluebird:

Re: Aaron Ramsey has been :

If he comes back into the starting 11 it should not be at colwill exspence someine else should be dropped or he should get a game if colwill is having a mare
Demoating colwill to the bench would bot do much for his confidence and i don' t thunk the fans eould be happy either i for one would not,
You have to earn your place in a starting 11 not a given.

He played alright against Turkey. That ball got Thomas’ “goal” was class.

If you read what Craig Bellamy said about him in the mirror today about the way he played for Wales recently then he defiantly still has it and is a match winner still.

His one match per season where he shows us that he's still capable, costs us a fortune.

Not worth it in my opinion.

There are too many good players who have been poor under Bulut this season for it to be coincidence particularly attacking/creative players.

If you have any doubts about Ramsey re-watch the Wales v Turkey game last month. He was outstanding with everything going through him from an attacking perspective and that was against a team that was much better than anything in the Championship.

The only question mark around him is his body. But if that can stand up to playing 3 out of 4 games he’s still head and shoulders above Colwill (who I also rate highly).

Don’t write off Ramsey yet, just keep your fingers crossed that he stays fit.

I don't see it. One good game for Wales. He hasn't been good for Wales either apart from that one game.

Another thing that really annoys me about this situation is he knows that he can't play many games per season, yet still goes on international duty.

It is Cardiff who pay his wages. If his injury gets aggravated while he's with the international team now, that's even more money wasted by the club.

Plus I actually believe that Rubin is the one we need in 10 now, not Ramsey.

He’ll be injured again, not had a run of games for us.

I was hoping it was a lack of motivation under Bulut.

Time will tell…

Less common sense and more blind hope in my eyes. He’s gifted and experienced but that only matters if his legs work.

No he won't play for long without injury unfortunately.

If injured playing for Wales we dont pay wages I think??

FIFA provides compo through the Club Protection Programme but he still gets his money.

If he was as passionate about his club as he makes out, then he wouldn't be straight back to the Welsh camp.

Explain.

We don't have anything going on at the moment & there's no harm in him being with the squad, if he is. What would you like him to do during the international break? Wander around the ground on his own like the ghost of xmas past?

Did I stipulate that it was this time I was on about?

Or maybe just maybe I'm on about the other times.

If you're happy paying a fortune for one good performance every once in a blur moon, then you crack on pal.

He obviously loves both this club & also his country or he wouldn't be here.

You were obviously on about this time & I'm kay with him being at the club BUT he really needs to manage his games better, there was no need for him to come on in the last Wales game & there was no way he should have been on the pitch until the end in our last game. Maybe he will be managed better now that both of those managers have left their posts, we can only hope.

I'm not your pal either & that was very unlike you as you're normally more articulate than that & usually good for a discussion without that sort of nonsense.

I hope he proves me wrong.

I don't doubt his quality, but unfortunately he's not as fit as he used to be, and gets injured far too often for the money he's on, in my opinion, not saying your opinion is wrong at all.
