But then we all know how it pans out at Cardiff City

Managers;

Names get bandied, club confirm lots of applications, supporters get a little hope that we will appoint someone with pedigree, when in Reality? There is no process, we go for cheap, and stick to what we have by appointing internally. Been like that, on the whole, since Mick left. It looks like we've done it again.

Transfers;

All the talk, great players named, exciting promises, this year it'll be different..... Reality. Players signed do not represent the quality of names that have been bandied about, we are left with gaping holes in some areas, and woefully inadequate in others, whilst overloaded in other areas. We go until the last minute in transfer windows, often getting nobody

Players;

Players we have signed over the last few years have all had problems with injuries, Why? is it because they are cheaper! A number of players are signed without the managers knowledge. We sign far more kids for our U18' U21's etc, which in essence is good philosophy, but I would hazard a guess that 75% are released before making any impact whatsoever at the club.

What am I getting at? That its our hope that is being eroded. We all live in anticipation, all live for better things, but in reality, Cardiff City doesnt change and hasnt changed for years and years. With the leadership in charge what makes anybody think that things might change in the future?

Good post and agree with your points, sadly we all know too well that we can not believe what is said by Tan and his cronies.

Their reluctance to follow through with what they say, time after time is showing how high and mighty they think of themselves.
