Another Cardiff City player that was sent out on loan is Luke Pearce aged 20 in July to Sligo Rovers.
Luke Pearce made his league debut for Sligo Rovers as a late sub the other night and scored the second in a 2-0 win over Galway.
U21 Manager Darren Purse:
“This is a great chance for Luke to go and play some men’s football.”
“When these opportunities come up, I’ve always said that it’s not all about the U21s team, it’s about what’s best for each player’s development. I think this is the best decision for Luke to go out and gain experience, comeback and hopefully go in to the first team squad

More rubbish. I’m sure at 20 years of age he’s going to learn so much at Sligo. Still all these dealings adds to Purses self importance, boost his own ego further and keeps him in a job.

This is yet another institutional problem with our club.
Mmm 20 years old, they’re definitely men, stop wrapping them in cotton wool, they’re either good enough or not.
The management at all levels needs overhauling…

Not everyone makes it by 20.
Vardy certainly didn’t.
