Riza is planning as though he will be in charge in the new year and has already begun to compile his own transfer strategy.
Looking for a new manager seems to have come to a halt, as the board feel their is no one that suits what they want any the moment.
"There's always conversations in respect of player contracts and transfer windows in January.”
“ It would be wrong of me not to do that," he added. "Because if I don't do that then it would be wrong of me, because if you fail to prepare then prepare to fail, we are planing for January with who should stay and who we want.”

Striker Isaak Davies is back in light training.
"Jesper [Daland] trained all week, so it was nice to see him back," Riza said. "He was training for a week but he's been getting through certain phases of his rehab, so he will be up for selection.”
Aaron Ramsey is back in light training.
Etete is out still, but back in training.

"I’m very comfortable in what I’m doing, I’m happy, the players are happy, the proof of that is (evident) with whatever players you speak to. But we all know, if you lose a game... what's difficult for me is that we haven't won a game since before I took over and if I lose a game it's like, 'You're not good enough, you're too young, you haven't got enough experience. So I try to come away from that and do the best I can do - because that's not the case, but I understand where the fans are coming from.”
