Omer Riza latest on managers Job:

Omer Riza:

"The fans are frustrated, want clarity and I’m sure they’ll get it at some time. I can’t really over-elaborate on it because I don't really know myself. I’m just trying to do the best job I can and it is important to me the fans are happy. I'm hoping over this period they will be as happy as they can be with what we give them.”

“I always talk with Mr Tan, Ken (Choo) and Mehmet (Dalman). It's more about what we are doing, how we approach games. I do it off my own back so they know what we’re doing. It's like having a director of football who you speak to regularly, they feed back what they’re thinking and you listen to what they have to say respectfully.”

"The talks have been the same. 'How's it going? How's the players? How's the environment?' To me it's all the same, we are doing out job.”

To be fair to Riza, its probably frustrating for him also.

He speaks well and has us playing football again instead of just being the whipping boys of the league.

Thats not me saying I think he should get the job by the way.

Agree with that.

Shouldn't get the job but he probably wants clarity on the future.

Yet again the 3 muppets are dragging their heels and obviously don’t have any sort of plan for our future

Its pathetic and a bit soul destroying that yet again we find ourselves Mangerless and rudderless a quarter of the way through the season

No well run club would sack a manager with absolutely no contingency plan to replace him, we are just a shambles and the clueless 3 must take the blame

The sooner Tan, the tax exile and car salesman fcuk off the better
