Great sub to bring on or use him to mark a player out of a game…. Not good enough for starting position imo. We replaced tenacious midfielders in Siopis and Ralls with quality in Turnbull and Robertson

If we are to change our style of play and be less “traditional Cardiff City” then we need different players to Ralls and Siopis.

He is still quality player and I think could definitely play a massive part in our season. We need him when we need that injection of energy.

It is a long hard gruelling season. Anyone that doesn’t think six, falls, Rambo, even rino don’t have vital roles to play are mad. There will be injuries, gritty dogged matches, loss of form and a desire to maintain energy levels. Everyone of them is a seasoned pro and regardless of form - not one has let us down with commitment levels.

Let’s not get carried away by Turnbull’s performance yesterday, yes it was pretty impressive but it was the first decent performance in 10 months and it was against a woeful midfield who gave him loads of room and time on the ball

All opinions but I thought we moved the ball far far quicker in and through midfield on Saturday as we had 3 excellent ball players in the middle. For all their good points, Ralls and Diopis aren’t players who can pass and receive the ball that quick. My opinion.

Certain games he will be needed, come on to close games out as well. At home i dont want to see Ralls and Sip line up in midfield like under Bulut.

I always say if you sit back and are negative you invite pressure on and allow the opposition to come forward and look like world beaters.

We battered Plymouth because everytime we had the ball we flooded forward, so they always had that worry and didnt commit many forward.

Where was he Saturday? Not in the squad, is that correct?

For me, international form aside, he needs to earn his spot which at the moment is down the pecking order.

Turnbull also has to grab hold of this chance.
