David Turnbull says he finally feels like a Cardiff player

Wed Oct 23, 2024 12:55 pm

David Turnbull:

“The last few games, I’ve felt like a Cardiff player now. I know I can play at this level, I know I can impact games, and I think that’s what you’re starting to see and just hope for many more to come, I’m enjoying every minute.”

That says so much, not only about the impact Rizla has had on their outlook/ mentality but sadly, it also shows Bulut in a poor light again.

He was pissed off when he was subbed and I agree with him. We slowed down, had less impact and invited some attacks on when he left. 60 mins was too soon.

I REALLY like him as a player with Robertson and him switching roles. A great pair at the moment.

Siopis was a bit of a headless chicken in comparison.

I love him with Robertson too.

When was the last time we had 2 central midfielders that were both effortless on the ball but have the vision (and perhaps more importantly) the stamina/engine to keep up with the pace of the modern game.

If these pair stay fit, they are only gonna get better as well.

Him and Robertson are great!

I think the swap late in the game will be Ramsey and Ralls…. Their roles going forward have to be off the bench.

Where have you heard that?

Very much doubt he's going to change the team that has given us two very good wins on the bounce.

Pure guess work at this stage mate. I’d keep same side.
