Omer Riza on Callum Robinson:

‘He’s the best finisher at the club. If you put him in and around the box, he’s going to finish. Left foot or right foot. He’s a number nine who can drop in and receive the ball, he can turn in tight spaces and he can provide passes. He’s been excellent.’

He’s is spot on.
I’m liking this guy more and more.

I’ve certainly criticised Robinson’s attitude in the past but there may have been an explanation for his frustration.
Who knows?
What I do know is Bulut has gone and Robinson’s back scoring.

Agreed. Someone rightly commented that he can be wasteful at times; but isn't it nice to be talking about wasteful strikers after scoring 7 in two games?

Looks a totally different player, seems to be enjoying his football. I like how we have a high press and Robbos leading it.

Love robinsons passion no matter who scores he celebrates as if it was him who scored

Robinson was our top scorer in pre-season so its no surprise that he has come through. I think that we had a very difficult start to the season which we didn't have the confidence to cope with and maybe not everyone had faith in the manager. If the players were as divided about Bulut as we fans were, they may have lost faith in him as a group after a very dodgy start. But I would go with Riza for the time being and see how it goes. Is this a flash in the pan or something more profound and lasting? None of us knows.
