PL clubs have had years to change things and done nothing to improve it so this is them now being told what to do.

They can't complain this is happening because they've been threatened with an Independent Regulator for years.

I would not be surprised if they already know who has the job and are just going through the motions with interviews.

Just proves they're terrified of the regulator, they know they'll get them in line.

Even tried to get UEFA to say it wasn't allowed with the laws, but apparently government have spoke to UEFA and they now have no issues.

I understand the big six or seven not liking it but every season at least ten teams will be in the relegation battle so could find themselves in the Championship - doesn't make sense that they vote for these things unless they're bullied into it by the big clubs.

Ned they are scared because regulator can enforce the funding that efl want? and that is the money PL clubs make from uefa competition to be shared out but of course PL font want that so like said going to try and make deal that screws efl clubs out of this money and efl as history of bowing to PL when comes to deals.
