IT JUST SHOWS WE DO HAVE THE PLAYERS BUT BULUT WAS CLUELESS & STUBBORN WITH SOME OF THEM.

Today Cardiff were playing a bit better quality than their previous games under Riza.

But the TV Commentator said this would of been a surprise win under the circumstances with so many Norwich injuries.
But for me we were both struggling with injuries, But We played the majority of the game with NO Strikers on??


There were 3 changes - Willock, Rinomhota and Siopis came in.
Robertson missed out today through injury.

Norwich also had to make a number of changes, 5 in all and the Striker replaced at the last minute.

Norwich had previously Won 2 out of their 6 Away games, While Cardiff had Won their 3 previous Home games.



I will quite happily take the points, But not happy with the performance.

But it keeps our confidence high and belief.

We need though to attack more like we did a couple of games ago.



FIRST-HALF: Cardiff never had a shot on target, defended well, had good breaks, but Norwich over all looked the better side with much more possession and more shots.


After 30mins, not much in it, Norwich slightly had the better chances.

38th min: Norwich had 3 chances infront of the Cardiff goal, cleared nearly off the line twice, good defending by Cardiff.

Rinomhota was booked now for a heavy challenge on Forsyth.

Turnbull gave the ball away to Doyle near his own box, and it's slipped in for Sainz, who produces an admittedly brilliant effort to beat Alnwick and find the top corner.

Cardiff had a great spell attacking, but infront of goal looked toothless.

A great result that, it felt like in the first half we didn’t want to have a pop and were looking for a clear opening too often. That said we had a few half decent chances, and their goal was fantastic.

Ref was a bit odd, blowing up for soft free kicks then nothing for others.

Colwill probably my man of the match, we missed Robertson in the middle, Siopis had a good game though I just feel Robertson gets us on the front foot far quicker

Keep Riza month to month and ride the wave. Get it together and if we go up he can have a 2 year contract. Hunger , desire and togetherness.

Wow I was ready after watching that to have ago at our interim manager but have to say rhimahota was inspired at right back
Was a little surprised no strikers starting think when subs were made he changed the game and well done the boys and manager think I was still abit on the fence I think I’ve jumped off and will say give him the job till end of season think he deserves it big time

We didn't play well for most of the game but much better when Robinson came on.

Very impressive win against a good Norwich team, Norwich had only lost two before today.

What a turn of form. From worst record in over 90 years to 14 from 18, incredible.

We got out of jail but this time we deserved too.

We deserved the draw and the win was a bonus, a nice bonus.

Definitely deserved at least the draw against a good side.

Should never have really started the match without a recognised striker, as that left us with absolutely no threat or presence in their box.

CR47 made a huge difference to our movement up front when he came on. And we upped the pace which helped.

We played lop sided most of the match, Dimi and Sio spent most of the game covering RB and at times we were attacking with 3 LW’s and nobody in the box, 1st 25mins we had several crosses from the left and nobody there to capitalise with an attempt. Honestly think Riza started with the wrong 11 today.

Cracking result though, fair play to the lads for grinding the result out. Ref made some stupid decisions at times too even booking CO’D for protesting a clear penalty call. Didn’t realise you could manhandle and throw a player to the ground.

I thought he got the starting line up wrong today and we were very lucky to go in at halftime level.

I thought he could have gone with Reindorf as a straight swap for CR and kept RC in his 10 position. Really didn't work having 2 x 10s and just invited pressure.

Thought the game changed when CR came on. Players in their right position.

Norwich look a quality team and will feel very unlucky to not get a draw.

Siopis ran without the ball but we totally lost the good work in possession without Robertson. Really shows what he brings to the team and him and Turnbull are able to find our attacking players in more space.

Unfortunately Siopis slows us down.

By far the best player for us and for me MOM before his assist and goal was O'Dowda.

Amazing covering and defending in the first half and what a contribution in the second.

I have been critical of his defending in the past and very happy to say that he has clearly put some work in behind the scenes in the last international break.

What a turnaround!!!
