Turnbull

One of the best things Riza has done is bring Turnbull back into the team.

He is now looking like the player I thought we signed.

Alright, he played a poor pass to Colwill for their goal, but going forward he is a threat and apart from that incident did well again.

Not the perfect player yet but his confidence is growing with every game.

The way I see it, him and Robertson have to be our first choice pairing this season. When he's back from injury, Ralls will be a good option from the bench.

I thought their goal was on Colwill allowing their centre back to nip in front and pass to Sainz

A bit of both really, but the pass from Turnbull wasn't a great height for Colwill to be fair.

That shot he had in the second half almost knocked their keeper into the net!

Turnbull is far better as a number 8 with the game in front of him. Bulut was just too stubborn to see it. His pass wasn't great before the Norwich goal but sometimes you just have to applaud the opposition. That was a stunning goal rather an a defensive mistake.

Turnbull was excellent today but for the over adventurous pass to Colwill.
So good with Robertson, not so effective with Siopis.
Siopis is so limited as an attacking contributor. Always tackles on his backside.

Me too mate. Reminds me a bit of Kroos from Germany. Plays same position and plays the simple passes and keeps the team moving.

TBF you have always been in his corner, I could see a player but couldn't work out what we bought and where he plays. A decent coach knew and what a turnaround....

Watching it back it wasn't a really bad pass and as much as I'm a rubin fan he should of shielded the ball better

Turnbull is another player who took a lot of stick last season with many saying he was a waste of money. So pleased for him that he's now getting the opportunity to show what he can do and I'm sure there's a lot more to come from him.

He's another player who's proved that Bulut didn't know what the hell he was doing.

There's a list of talented footballers that it seems Bulut coached the natural ability and confidence out of, and Turnbull was one of them!

Shows the difference between a good coach / mentor / man manager and a limited, stubborn coach set in his ways.

Looks after the ball well clever player not the quickest in the world but always makes himself avalible gets in good position links play up well missed Robinson v Norwich not as effective with Siopis also delivers a good cross or free kick scored some bangers for celtic
