Family & Friends

Thank you for always being there.

Don’t forget that the people around you also deal with your problems as well.

Try not to burden people with your sorrows or your inflated opinion of yourself

Remember where you were, where you have come from and what it has taken along the way to get there.

Remember when you mum or dad told you off for not saying please and thank you.

These are the things that make us who we are today and define our beliefs and Values.

Don’t forget those that have given us the opportunities along the way

Stay strong stay true and stay humble

I believe he is going to be successful, wherever he ends up , I’m hoping he stays with Cardiff , he has shown alot of good quality’s , he reminds me of Warnock a bit, seems to have a good understanding of psychology with the players and people around him . I love this statement , well done Riza , Respect :bluebird:

Definitely seems to have the right mentality to be a successful manager to be fair

Interesting to see the comments on this post. Somewhat stark contrast to the vast Majority of calls for him to be replaced as our temp manager.
It’s also ironic seeing contradictory comments on many other threads of “we need an experienced manager” and “our club needs a plan and consistency”. When in reality the club would never be given the tolerance by us the fans to develop managerial consistency. As we cry out they need to be replaced if we hit a wobble. And that refers to any ownership, not just the current one.
If we combine the comments of “Riza knows how to get the players playing” and/or “ Riza has got us playing attacking football”. With “let’s develop a playing style”.
Why not give Riza the job and give him time to bed in the style we’re enjoying? Instead of saying after 1 defeat that were shit/shocking/back to Bulut style?

Personally, I don’t think we simply need a so called experienced manager. I think we need someone who plays positive football, as it’s the number one requirement for most fans, and has the ability to get things done.

Just a thought.

The turn of results since he took over can't be ignored. Impressive with how long the unbeaten run lasted.

Believe it or not, it's alright for us to admit that we've been wrong at times.

Unfortunately some on here are too stubborn to admit they've been wrong on a variety of different subjects to do with the team.

I know what you mean, there. But maybe we have found someone who is worth a try and if so, we all buy into it. Fans and owners.
Personally I’ve loved the football he’s got the team producing and it’s not just a flash in the pan. It doesn’t look like it is, as the style, defensiveness and transition looks intentional. There will always be positions we need to strengthen, but we have signed some decent ones recently. And sold others off at a profit-for a change.
Over the last few years we seem to have ended up with intense focus on a match to match basis. But I suppose we haven’t had the combination of attractive play and results, it’s been one or the other.

Two more losses and the people will be asking for an experienced manager.

It's a dilemma. This guy is loved by the players, is getting them to play attacking football that they/we enjoy and has produced some impressive results in spite of the defeat at Luton. I can't help feeling that the club has to take a chance on this man but I would leave the decision until Christmas - no matter how that will impact on Riza, the players/staff and the supporters. My heart is saying 'give him the job now' but my head is saying 'wait' just a wee while longer.

I agree he has turned things around but I amindful of McCartys until esten run then the collapse let's not run into this give him a little longer and see where we go Luton was a poor result and performance , we struggled for a lot of the game against Norwich... let's see what happens first and take our time.

Definitely let it play out a bit longer and see how it goes.

Can’t quite compare to McCarthy because he had us playing terrible old school football.
