MY VIEW: UNBELIEVABLE TODAY / WAY WAY TO EASY WE MADE IT FOR AN AWFULL BLACKBURN SIDE:

Luton away we played like this and similar under Bulut.

The bright side is Rubin Colwill has looked good with some great football, shots and headers.

Before today Blackburn’s form was awful, No goals in their last 4 away games, not scored away since the opening game and only Won once in their last 7 games.

Blackburn score 3 easy goals.

Our defence was awful

I said to many were rushing for Riza to be the manager after he beat a few teams struggling near the bottom etc
He was Buluts No2 and I kept saying, hold back We need an experienced Manager.

FIRST-HALF: City’s Defence at times were awful and over all we had been awful and No better than when Bulut was in charge.

SECOND-HALF: After the 73rd min Cardiff came to life after this and were attacking for long periods.
Why not earlier???

Blackburn get their first away win this season.

FIRST-HALF: City’s Defence at times were awful and over all we had been awful and No better than when Bulut was in charge.

15th min: GOAL! Cardiff City 0-1 Blackburn Rovers (Weiman)
Goal. Weimann taps home. Blackburn held on to the ball for ages and completed a full-length-of-the-pitch move which saw Travis slide in a pinpoint cross for Weimann to tap in.

20th min: Alnwick did a great save, then Blackburn on the rebound scored but thankfully Disallowed
Blackburn tore our defence to pieces

Blackburn dominated and Cardiff were second best all Over the pitch.

SECOND-HALF:
46th min Meite on for El Ghazi.

54th min GOAL! Cardiff City 0-2 Blackburn Rovers (Weimann )
Goal. Another tap-in for Weimann and Cardiff make it way way to easy.

63min: Rubin again strikes, What a save! Fantastic cross from Willock is met by Colwill's head. Pears flies and tips behind!

73 mins: Turnbull takes a penalty. Saved scores on rebound Yes 1-2

Cardiff came to life after this and were attacking for long periods.

GOAL! Cardiff City 1-3 Blackburn Rovers (Baker )
Cardiff's back line is all over the shop and Daland plays Baker onside. He curls one into the far corner. You have to say that it looks like end of sports now.

CARDIFF CITY 1 BLACKBURN ROVERS 3
H-T 0-1

Cardiff City : Alnwick; Ng, Goutas, Daland, O'Dowda; Robertson, Turnbull; Tanner, Colwill, Willock; El Ghazi.

Subs: Horvath, Fish, Bagan, Collins, Siopis, Rinomhota, Ashford, Meite, Kanga.

What struck was the breakaways they had and the fast transition to offense. We didn't have that, their defence was structured and ready. We need to be faster on the break. Missed having Robinson today.

my view is too many crap players, way out of their depth, and no strikers - but what's new from the summer, no need to be a rocket scientist nor a football manager, it's bleeding obvious to normal supporters!!!

I wouldn't call Blackburn a poor side. Played some decent stuff today. We were dreadful though and that's probably it for Riza. Feel sorry for him in a way. That said if anyone thinks this squad is top half you material you are sadly mistaken. It's a poorly assembled squad with some very over rated players. Having no striker today killed us. We are in relegation fight yet again.

Our lack of a striker has cost us. Didn't think they played any better than us overall but they knew where the goal was. Is El Ghazi on a contract that says he must start every game because he's been the worst player on the pitch yet again. Colwill tries too hard to be Roy of the Rovers sometimes & turns into trouble a lot, can't fault his effort though.

My man of the match would have to be the crowd who never stopped cheering the team on.

I did say Wednesday our goal kicks same every time even under bulet Riza has his favourites he says he will use players more you look at his team been basically same team every game except for the odd injury I believe youth should be given a chance from the bench even if not starting like riendorf what have we got to lose we losing anyway time to appoint a manager whose used to football championship with jan coming up we need pace we need a couple of strikers maybe even a couple of full backs :bluebird:

flat too many square balls and caught out on the press constantly

we need to start Reindorf next game an out and out striker who will bust his gut for everything

i cant help but feel that something has been said a couple of games ago as he seems so deflated ?

if we are going to bring someone in then make it happen asap we cant afford to sit and wait for what ifs anymore, too often do we do this as a club

if riza gets given the job then of course we will back him!

but if we get someone in i just hope its someone who is highly experienced and ready for the big job ahead

the last two games has been so avoidable and frustrating but as cardiff fans of course we are used to this!

Why not back Riza in January with a few players all strikers hopefully .A new manager will need the same and who knows that he will do any better with this sub standard lot ,at least Riza has managed to get something out of them :old: :bluescarf:

Back down to earth with a bang.

3 goals we let them walk into our net from a team that had lost their last 4 without scoring.

We are in a relegation fight, back in a relegation fight and sadly for me the experiment that was Omar is too risky to carry on.

Just My Opinion :

It’s a NO

We are a massive club who needs an experienced Championship Manager

Someone like Mark Robins

I would get an experienced manager in during this international break.

Riza has changed the mood within the squad since Bulut left but for me teams have worked us out in the last 3 games.

I know we won against Norwich but without their negative subs we were heading for defeat and they were well on top for the majority.

Last 2 games have been relegation standard.

In his defence he has a long injury list and very little quality to change anything on the bench.

I would definitely question his tactical.
He played exactly the same against Norwich before CR came on and it really didn't work.

Why would he go the same today.

Why not have Reindorf on the bench when Kanga has had 0 postivie impact this season.

Start with Meite to soften them and then bring Reindorf on last 30mins to run them. At least we would see a plan. His line up today was always going to fail from the start and has already failed before.

Slow today and cumbersome and Blackburn were the opposite the last goal annoyed me the most from gutas so slow and I no ng had pushed up but good god .We need pace in the team .tanner was again so quiet in the game only real pace was odawda.
I think Riza has done a good job so far but where back in the bottom end again now .Interesting to see how he manages things now after two poor results. Not enough up top again today and Blackburn won because the took and created chances and defended well .We did the opposite.
I'm not saying Riza is finished and he should go but it's a test for him if he wants the job he has to bounce straight back now so it's up to him he's done well so far now is the test .

Sack the set peace coach! Can anyone understand why every corner free kick was lobbed 20yrds out and to far edge of penalty area? Ffs such kicks are meant to be chance score with one touch/header not take minimum 3 touches to get attempt on goal ...piss poor all season

We played some decent football today but was up against a very professional, championship hardened Blackburn that beat us comfortably.

I actually thought the draw was on but the linesman may have taken that away from us. We wouldn't have deserved the point anyway.

Missed Robinson massively, just his movement, hold up play and having that body in the box. It was a stroll in the park for the Blackburn centre backs.

If Riza wants the job, he's gotta find a way out of this coz the wheels are starting to come off again. I feel for him though coz how do u win a game without a striker. El Ghazi ain't the answer and I'm starting to think he shouldn't be given the shirt again this season, just need to say cheerio to him and Kanga coz they offer sweet FA. Just leaves the Yak or the dude just promoted from the U21's. Not gonna set the world alight are they.

Some more tough times ahead I think.

They had lost their last 3 games in a row

First away win

Had not scored for 4 games but scored 3 against us
