It was always on the cards his name would be thrown it.
He has a good record and it was a surprise he got sacked at Coventry.

Agree it would be a decent appt, but what have we come to when we are waiting for managers to be sacked during a season in order to make appointments??

I may be on the wrong path but Cardiff City would be Robins's biggest club at 54. He is a relegation avoider, people are talking like he is Achelotti.

Bit harsh.
He took Coventry from League Two to the Championship. They were a penalty shootout away from the Premier League.
A millimeter away from the FA Cup final last season.
He signed Gyokeres for £1m and turned him into a world class striker who will probably go to Man Utd for £80m+ in the summer.
