No point making any even half sensible suggestions for a new manager as Tan hasn't got a scooby do.

He took Coventry from League Two to the Championship, amid all their financial and stadium problems. A penalty shootout away from the Premier League and a millimeter away from an FA Cup final.
Good at developing players. He signed Gyokeres for £1m and turned him into a world class striker who will probably go to Man Utd next summer for £80m+
Said before that I don't know whether he'd want to go straight back into management or take a break first.
But if he's available, he's the perfect candidate.

We all know this would be a good and popular appointment, but so would have been a whole list of managers down the years, and if Bellamy hadn't been bewildered and disappointed with the regime he may well our homegrown manager today. Instead Tan gave us Solskjaer, Slade, Trollope, Harris, Hudson, Morisson, Mick and Bulut, none of those were on the list of fans, media or betting companies. Riza is another one of these, Tan is desparate for Riza to succeed I reckon, he ticks all his boxes, cheap and no compo.
