Couldn't agree more. Even after 15 years we have no plan whatsoever and no idea what Tan wants from the club. Its shocking.

The 3 of them are not football people and come across as completely indifferent, detached even. There is no genuine interest or passion from any of them - they're no better than shop window mannequins. Zero engagement with supporters.

All of them have outstayed their welcome.

It’s appalling. Embarrassing. They should hang their heads in shame. I remember the old days going to Ninian park and the excitement and looking forward to the atmosphere, the banter with the away supporters and the game ahead. All gone now. Very sad.

Next thing, one of them will come out and apologise for the lack of communication and hide behind the fact they have been busy looking for a new manager, or admit they have not given 100% for the last few seasons, but don’t worry all that will change now. We are even going to have regular meetings with a select few from the fan base to improve our communication to the community of ccfc.

And they will hope that will appease the fans until the next time (12, 18, 24 months) they need to put out a statement due to unrest.

In the meantime (reality) they will all go back to their normal day jobs as Cardiff city to them is now just a pastime.

It's shocking they take us for granted they should make a DECISION Now they make OUR CLUB LOOK LIKE A JOKE

On another post I described our club as a joke and guess what I was accused of club bashing by Sven.Well we can all see we are a complete joke of a club.They haven't the decency to even communicate with the fans about the manager situation well it's gone beyond a joke now!

Have i got this wrong, but didn't Dalman acknowledge this very topic and say that they will make strides to improve it?

If football is a business, which you hear about more and more, then we are the customers. Then its total gross mismanagement, we are taken for granted, overlooked and not given a voice, but worst of all there is zero communication, so we are left guessing at the clubs vision if they have one at all. The only constant is the revolving door of managers , none of whom were touted by us fans, media or even in the betting. Complacent ownership and lack of brand awareness sees high street retailers and businesses get into real trouble as the world changes. He needs to be careful or better still finally swallow his pride and sell, preferably to Sam. Tan and his two stooges have missed a big opportunity to make a success of a one team capital city club with a big potential, and caused chaos and division with his dream of a Malaysia FC playing in Cardiff.

I think Tan still has sleepless nights over Cornelius.

Sadly they do not read the forum they are a million miles away from worrying what the fans think,
you only get a conection with people who love football.

Yes why are they not giving briefings every day? Like most clubs information is given when it needs to be given not because fans are not privileged to hear what goes on in the boardroom daily..... Next game I shall try and ask Ken or dalman why dont they talk to fans outside the scheduled meetings with fans representatives ...
And before I get flack for this I acknowledge club is not the best run but other clubs more badly run..... have some sympathy for reading & sheff w communication is least of their fans worries...

What exactly do you want from them? You say about communication but what does that mean a briefing after every board meeting? Does welsh gvmnt communicate what is said daily no its when nessasary
Why is football different? we know about rizas position its the status quo nothing else to say until that changes so ......and it's relevant about other clubs because precisely same thing is levelled at owners around the country lack of communication is that contempt? I don't think it is its just typical of football

As anything happened that warranted a statement from Tan or board? Not that I'm aware of that hasn't been addressed recently with board and fans forum members is that not communication with fans.... plus when dalman tan say anything it is wrong and attacked as lies ect ect by the regular ccfc detractors.... nothing I've said here is not facts... like you say agree to disagree....

I'm always quick to jump the gun but Allan has just used a bit of common sense and chosen reality over emotion ( which, when it comes to Cardiff City I struggle with).

I'll look towards the end of the season on the basis NOTHING will change this year. Tan annot stand Cardiff City and won't spend, won't sell up and won't lose any sleep. It would appear his intentions is si.ply to keep the status quo for as long as he can before the bubble bursts ( which everyone can see that it has already).

IF we survive,I for one do not want to hear from the board. Why? Because we will hear the same clap trap that has been rolled out every year for the last 4 years or so.

It's been a difficult year; we acknowledge our failings; Next year will be different; VT is committed to the club; There will be money available; The manager will be fully backed.

Its easy for me to remember as it's been said every year.

Thanks for comments.... I hope tan sells up but until his financial input becomes untenable he is unlikely to do so unless he gets somewhere near £200m pe say that's unrealistic but watford owners wants around :£150m a 1st div club £100m
With best will in world we are worth more than that and there lies the problem valuation and there is plenty of evidence like ncastle sale to see it is not easy thing to do selling a club.... we are treading water as far as tan goes which is not a good thing because eventually you sink just like swans and other have from premier league with lack of investment ...as far as tan is concerned silence is golden going on previous statements from him..

We’ve been treated with contempt from Day one by Vincent. Not sure why people are shocked anymore.

Tan is most likely enjoying this stand off between him and the fans. Its getting to the fans and he is loving it, fan that rejected his Rebrand.

Adding to our discomfort he has got the club in a financial position where he can pay the bills with loose change from his back pocket. I believe this is why Sam is not forcing his interest in us. As much as Sam loves the club he is not willing to pay the asking price, who is?

For me I accepted this a few seasons ago. I don't get wound up over it but live in hope that something for the good will change. We are in a better place than what we were in from the early 1990s. Lets pray we don't return to there.
