"I am just trying to steer it into a direction that makes all of us happy, going home, the fans, the players, the club, the staff, I'm managing all of that at the moment, because it was a right mess.

"Now we are in a position where now the boys are trying, fighting, working hard. They didn't give up today, they worked the whole 95 minutes. I'm not going to sit here and hammer the players. We beat ourselves. We will fix that. It's not like we've been dominated today.

"The players are disappointed. They sat in the dressing room and they were quiet. They were angry at each other. Sometimes it just doesn't happen. This game was not a game we've lost because we weren't good enough. We didn't do things the way we needed to, to score the goals.

"Half time we make adjustments and the belief is there to go on and win the game but it didn't come. The second goal comes from a run against play and the game is finished 2-0. They come away from the game with three points and we come away highly frustrated.

"Disappointed, but we had 70% possession, created 25, 26 chances. Just wasn't good enough in those final moments.“

"It's going to be the same answer," he added. "It's down to the board now to make a decision moving forwards. I'm continuing with the job, working hard. You lot are probably bored but I'm not going to give you any different answers.

"I'm not going to change. I'm going to make sure the team is in a good place, working hard, playing good football and winning games."

You had reindorf on the bench playing the bottom club but brought on turnbull and meite,
you are responsible for how we play and all the descion making,
we looked like buluts team last night back to the keeper more times and across the back.

When you first took over it was like charge of the light brigade we charged at the opposition plymouth portsmouth then slowly started to slow it down Blackburn norwich and now its back down the hill playing with fear keeping the ball seems more important playing in our own half.

We don't expect to win every game, we just need the manager to pick the right team,take players off early if they are crap, we need the players to be in good form and at least make an effort, want to put the city shirt on with pride and try and win.
So NO we don't expect to win every game but we hate losing every game.

Monty Turnbull was predictable as rolls was knackered and was straight swap ... but putting miete on was awful decision we needed to change game miete does not Change games if going to sacrifice a midfielder put on something different and lot earlier Randolph was logical choice may not have worked but was different type of player to miete.... and could have done this at halftime when he tweeked game plan poor management of situation considering he knew way qpr was set up so should have known how to get around them but he did sfa subs were inadequate and to late... sums up the performance inadequate and to late..
And don't expect toeing every game but for expect to beat bottom club when at home ..

You do need to win them all or we are going down, how is that statement even right surely you must be going out to win every game?

I must say that I am impressed with Riza as a human being. He comes across as honest, he lacks an ego which has to be fed and I think he has integrity. So, on that basis I would employ him. But it is impossible to judge him as a manager on the basis of his short period in charge under very stressful/unfavourable conditions.

Isn't wining the game by scoring the most goals the whole concept of football ?
