What do you want in January?
This is what I think we need:
A manager (preferably before January)
A RB (Ng is too comfortable, Fish can play there but not his natural position)
A LB
CM to play with Robertson
RW
Striker

1- Striker
2- Striker
3- fast forward
I genuinely believe we have enough in all the other positions to survive

I think CM is pretty solid that would be a luxury for me

Right wing (crying out for someone with a bit of consistency)
Mobile striker (not sure a good enough one exists for the money we’ll pay)
Left back (Collins and Bagan aren’t good enough in my opinion)
Right back (NG seems to have fallen off a massive cliff and needs at least some competition for that spot)
Manager (Riza not the long term solution but thank you)
Owner and board (have never been the solution, I’ll leave you to guess the word I want to use before “you” on this occasion
If we can get quality in those positions then I think we could push for the playoffs next season.

Now that I’m not in the boozer I can post an actual list of what I’d like.
LB - let CoD play his normal position as a winger. Bagan has been decent when he’s played, but he’s still learning his trade and is only going to benefit from a first choice natural left back coming in. Collins is too inconsistent for my liking.
RB - Ng has become complacent. He knows that spot is his and he has no competition. Bringing in another RB will make him work for his place and hopefully bring the Ng of past seasons back.
ST - the obvious one and one which we are crying out for. Robbo has done well so far, but isn’t a striker. We need someone mobile who can lead the line in a one up top formation. A PL loan id imagine. It would also free Robbo up to play the 10, which I feel will only improve Colwill also as he is inconsistent.
Manager - a proven manager, with a list of players to target who can fill the weaker areas. Riza to stay at club in some capacity, possibly assistant or U21 manager.
I would say about a new board and owner, but I feel that is outside of a wish list. Not even a genie in a lamp could make VT go, the stubborn kn.b
Swansea City to be placed into administration and end up in the Welsh league as a result.

Not sure anyone reaches their prime at 23.
Usually 25 or 26 for prime years in my opinion

2 strikers and a new manager

Steve Cooper and 2 strikers (good ones not the useless dross we usually have to settle for)
Oh and a taxi for Kanga !!

Let me tell you what I want - a lottery win of at least 15 million, followed by putting it all on a 1000 to 1 shot that comes in at the nags, that'll net me £15,000,000,000, then a walk down to the City, dump £200 million on Tan's desk, become the new owner, then buy all of Liverpool and Man City's players on 2 year contracts, then piss up the league like a rocket, win the Champions league, FA Cup, Premier league and League Cup, buy the scum down west and run them into the ground til they reach the lowest league they can get to, - oh and have a couple of pints in the local i buy. Not much to ask really.

Haha regards that lottery win, I'd win the Euro Millions, tell the Dictator where to go, and to never come back to Wales. Then, and here is the marmite bit....
I'd immediately sell the club to Sam for £0.01p.

A NEW OWNER, this really is a wish and probably as unrealistic as these mythical 15/20 goal a season championship strikers
A NEW MANAGER now not January!
A CM that can improve the midfield offensive game
A striker that can work the opposition centre backs and goalkeeper and give our midfielders options with smart running
I am not optimistic for any of these. Freebies and budget buys again is what recent history tells us.

I'm am wishing the new manager is a done deal and will be announced Jan 1. So will a new striker cause they have already been looking and Billic has already told the club who to sign. Me being realistic.

We are currently sharing 23rd worst in the division at scoring goals. 0.9 per game. Relegation numbers.
A striker is a must, I'd love one of those 6 month loans that we fall in love with but would will sign for Sheff Utd for £12Million after bagging 10 goals for us, then fail in the prem and end up at some pathetic club like Oxford on loan. One of those. Louie Barry would do.
More creativity also. Ramsey & ElGhazi on paper are premier league. Both have failed. Replacements for them to challenge Rubin, Tanner and co who have more negative peaks than positive. Both wings and number 10 are weak for me.
We are currently sharing 21st worst in the division at conceding goals. 1.6 per game. Relegation numbers.
RB & LB are weak and it feels like NG's days with us are more behind him than in front. I like Bagan who's settling very well. Cover or competition for both would be nice and to get rid of Collins who is sub-par and we don't need anymore real time evidence for this. CB I think we're ok with ok cover. GK no issue.
I put alot of our leaky goals down to our weak defensive midfield. Siopis, Ralls and Turnbull don't fill me with confidence in a defensive form; and neither of the three also turn over the ball quick for an attack. Nice to have vs. some of the others above but if we could replace Ralls with a younger version of himself, that would be ideal and good progression planning.
In summary, and in no order as I think any of them improves our chances of survival...
1. A Whipper snapper striker on loan who can score goals in a team that doesn't create many chances in open play
2. A LW, RW or both.
3. A LB, RB or both.
4. A decent defensive midfielder.
Without an impactful January, we may be in the shit as the teams below us in goals scored are Hull, Preston and QPR; all likely to strengthen. Luton, Pompy & Plymouth have conceded more; you think Luton will change a manager soon and tighten up which would put us into the bottom 3 for that stat.
Another huge transfer window.
