Riza’s previous experience is lower Non League Cheshnut 10 years ago. 7 games with Leyton Orient in the Non League about 7 years ago (and Riza lost 5 of them) then next manager job is Cardiff City.

Not a good idea..... what happens if lose couple games in a row? Said before can't give an interim manager the post based on his results while in charge? Whilst performances have improved results are indifferent and thats the problem going forward.

Even if we had interviewed all of them & many more at least half would have not even shown up & the other half probably wanted a contract longer than the end of the season, which I'm guessing may be the real issue here.

We have not interviewed most of them I bet it's aload of tosh as usual. There's no way on this earth we have interviewed all of them besides riza is above them all if he gets the job right lets be honest if he does get the job its because hes cheap and a nodding lap dog for them above. Of course this is Tans plan, it has been all along, he appointed Morison the same way, similar circumstances, his way! Ignoring all names touted by media fans and bookies. This is no different, he even spoke to Morison about coming back! Riza is classic Tan decision making, cheap, from within, a yes man, of course he is going to be a yes man, he’s in dreamland punching above his weight given this opportunity, what other championship club would seriously give him a job in a relegation battle. It’s more madness from Tan. Those names mentioned I’d be very surprised if they were interviewed. It’s been Riza all along. Tan has been killing us slowly for the last 12 years and more so in the last 5. I wish his family would finally get their wishes an talk him into selling up. If and it's still a big if Riza is appointed, I hope he proves a lot of people wrong. The flack and criticism he has received from some quarters has been totally over the top. Ofcourse hes not first choice for fans but hes a good character and clearly has some talent as a coach. Hes also working with a crap squad. Any manager will have their work cut out with this team. If he gets it, no point saying we down etc, he needs support not criticism. That's only way we will stay up.

Totally agree, I debated renewing my long standing season ticket this season. I’ll have to think hard next season, especially as there aren’t as many Saturday 15:00 kick offs. I can’t get to a lot of the games and when I do, I wish I hadn’t bothered
