Due to new advice received from the Met Office, and the recommendations of Cardiff Council and South Wales Police, tomorrow’s match has now been postponed in the interest of supporter safety.
A new date for this fixture will be confirmed in due course.

Anyone remember coming back from Denmark v Wales international in the 80s , the same night as the big storm, stuck in the North sea on a ferry, that's what you call a storm and life went on as normal.

Well what's interesting Allan is that a few hours ago, City still didn't plan on making a decision until tomorrow.
So it seems that the police and the council have told them the game had to be postponed.
Not like City to drag a decision out

hundreds all cardiff on the DFDS massive ship with dance floors etc, they were going to take us to France as Harwich lost all electrical power, then we somehow all got back but Essex looked like a war zone. I'm sure we were due back up in peterborough for city's game soon after????
oh those were the days - think we were all in a little area in the ground surrounded by danish, taking the piss out of the laudrups all game

Ned think it became obvious that this storm is serious buisness... . Could well be ok come 3pm biut watford fans will have extreme problems as expect Severn Bridge closed at time their coming there's Rd works on other bridge so its good for them it's now .... looking st things basically anything to do with public is
Shut or cancelled ... but suspect it was swp &council decision to postpone game and not city....weather poor here at this moment got to get wet and tie down lots things in garden and roof have lost 10x10 metal once it was like wizard of oz flying...
