I know we would off been poor regardless of Tanner but just wondering.

He’s probably the only genuinely dangerous winger we have.
O’Dowda is decent as well.

Meite is shite, Willock I’ve been bitterly disappointed with, same goes for El Ghazi.

Tanner is genuinely the only one we have that can run at a full back, and they don’t know if he’s going left or right, or if he’s going to cross or shoot.
End product isn’t all there, but that’s a dangerous combination as a winger..
Makes it very difficult to defend against.

Tanner is still L1 at best, he is just better than the other right wingers........ That's why we are where we are

Apart from the 6-8 game stretch where he was either MoM or 2nd/3rd in the MoM rankings....

Tanner is no doubt our best current winger; but lets be honest, is he getting into a top half Championship team? Not for me, which underlines how bad the rest are.

This isn't a dig at Tanner, as he's giving his all.
