He can start by taking his hands out of his pockets. That looked terrible. I’d be annoyed at that if we were 4 nil up!

Our joke of a club never fails to disappoint me. We appoint an interim manager, he gets the normal new manager bounce for a while, we don’t appoint him. We then go on a winless run where the new manager bounce has worn off completely and it’s clear he’s out of his depth, we then appoint him and subsequently carry on being awful. I said when he was appointed he wouldn’t still be in charge by February and we would be looking for our third manager of the season. We did it a few years ago and stayed up by the skin of our teeth and we might not be so lucky this time. Even with my low expectations of the board they really do continue to surprise me with how incompetent they are

Its a sad state of affairs and there just does not seem a way out of it.

In situations like this you have to search and find out where the problems lies. Is it the players, the game plan or both? We all have our own opinions.

For me I do not think our squad is good enough and I feel we need each player to give 200% per game just to survive. We showed that at the beginning of Riza reign but that has all but disappeared, why? My opinion is we don't have that striker to score the goals. That is putting pressure on the team. We can have a spell of defending well and using our midfield to attack but we can't sustain that and this will result in us having more bad runs than good ones. That is what we are witnessing.

I also fear the atmosphere at the club is not helping. We have an owner that does not care and thinks we should lord him as he pays the bills. A chairman that is hardly there and the 3rd in charge who basically is worthless. This will reflect downstairs which we are seeing on the pitch. Next will be a dwindling support which is obviously going to happen.

Concluding I just don't think its going to make any difference to whatever changes Omer does.

Riza needs to stop blaming everything but himself.

I sit right behind him every game and he was a disgrace for the full 90 minutes.

He is not a manager. There was nothing coming from him. He just stood there silent apart from the odd mumble to himself.

This is up there with one of the worst appointments to date, he will take us down 100%.

How can we expect passion from the players when the manager has none.

Agreed. It's never ever been our identity. We have always been a direct attacking team. Everyone is trying to play this style, 3 will get relegated due to being the 3 worst at it; we are currently in that 3.

He's not the first manager to fail with these players and if we got another one in tomorrow nothing would change. We've got a group with no balls for a fight and that needs to change first. At the moment it's like rearranging the deck chairs on the titanic.

One up top at home does tells clubs who come there we are defending more than scoring in most games. It don't matter how much you have the ball if you got one up front who can't hold it up or make runs in behind your doomed before you start against organized teams. Two shots there goalkeeper had to make all night does that not tell most what the problem is. Although we need a miracle worker to sort this squad out.

Up there with one of the worst performances I have seen, we even made Bowler look good ffs. Totally out of his depth,, no plan A never mind B.
