On reflection I don’t think we’re alone in our frustrations about the modern game. I’m sure there are West Ham and Spurs fans that feel the same in their new stadiums.

Whether it’s us or other clubs, the real problem is that money has ruined the game.

There’s been a notable rise in fan v player confrontations, fan v their club battles. In all honesty I think the thought of watching a bunch of millionaires with seemingly no passion for your club is becoming less and less attractive.

It’s a chore to go to the games nowadays, a real bind and I don’t know if I can spend my hard earned cash anymore on a club and team that don’t deserve it.
