Full Page Advert in Malaysian Star

This is probably not a go'er but I have found out today that the cost of a full page advert, in the Malaysian Star, costs 30,000 Malaysian Ringits or (appx £5000) and is read by approximately 1 million people in Malaysia each day.

Maybe we have a rich benefactor who could subsidise a series of adverts

Maybe we have 50 people willing to donate £100 each (I would).

Anyway just a thought if someone else wants to take the idea up?

It could be a good idea as long as it didn’t just sound like disgruntled fans.

Instead, consider focussing on how Tan disrespected our culture by changing our colours to that of our rivals (Wurzels), replaced the famous welsh dragon with a SE Asian one as he ruined our badge (like Sam did with that horrible badge that by a few like Annis openly criticised).

Maybe talk about his fake promises of making us debt free etc and the people of Malaysia could see Tan’s actions as disrespectful and culturally insulting rather than just focussing on football as they really wouldn’t care about the state of the club on the pitch.

Just my opinion. I’d be happy to chip in if it was a media savvy professional advertisement.

Also, a quarter page would be cheaper but more people may read it as they would be looking at the other articles on that page.
