‘The management team are looking for a reaction’ well Purse tried doing this for years with the U21’s and we saw the results from that didn’t we. Actually there was a reaction - after he left we hit winning and are now good.

I don't know why him and the management team need to get the players up for a game, they get paid well to do something we would all love to do, that's why they became professional footballers, I mean if you don't like football you wouldn't become a professional footballer. That's f*cking rediculous to say we have to get them up for the next game for God's sake.

He’s the manager it’s under his managership how we play how we set up plus u have half time if things don’t work out you change it but nope the man stands with his hands in his pockets no clue please just give up sorry not for me I’ll never come to a Cardiff game again as long as he’s the manager and I’ve been a supporter since my first game was 1968 been hooked since but this has felt different to me I’m determined I will not go to another Cardiff game as long as he’s in charge I’m done!!!

It's not down to the players to pick themselves up it's down to the manager to put belief and lead them to in the right direction, bring in the youngsters, bring back the loan players and give them a chance, give the fans encouragement that you are trying.

This sounds like an interview with a Manager hanging onto his job, not with a Manager appointed just last week. That's the bizarre situation Tan and Co have created. Omer was a Manager (interim) hanging onto his job! Personally I thought Tan was giving him till Xmas and would appoint another if the bad run continued ie before the January transfer window. New manager using their networks, transfer options knowledge etc. I just wonder if the letter has driven Tan to appoint OR to spite supporters.

Go out put on a performance for the fans and get the 3pts that's all we WANT
