If turkey can do it why not Wales? Maybe it's a way of getting out of the shadows of being in England?

Why do people use “woke” for anything they disagree with?

There’s nothing “woke” about wanting to use the language of the country the team represents.

Seems to be the go-to word for people to use about something they disagree with.

Saw some calling the decision to postpone last week's game "woke". So apparently protecting people's safety is woke.

So our name now ties up to the same language we have on our crest (or used to have but is now on the reverse of the shirt) and the language of the anthem we sing. So what?

You dont seem to have much support so far, but I am with you on this one. Its the drip, drip tactic favoured by all minority groups in the hope that not enough people will be bothered to object. If the the FAW want to push this agenda on behalf of the nationalist lobby in their ranks then put it to a vote at grass root level.

I agree with the point, don't like them trying to push the Welsh language on everyone.

But I wouldn't describe it as woke, that's the issue.
