I’d rather we sign 4 average players with leadership and character than 4 show ponies with nothing about them.

We need a strong character or two to pull the team out of this mess.

We are definitely missing players that have that fight. Aside from Ralls (who probably wouldn't make my first team), O'Dowda and maybe NG, there is no1. None of these players give a sh!t. There can't be any relegation wage decrease clauses in their contracts coz I think we'd be seeing a bit more passion otherwise.

Whats equally worrying is there is talk of that Simic guy being recalled from Belgium in Jan. Does that mean we ain't going all out for a new striker...coz if it does, I really think we are proper f$%ked this season.

Couldn't agree with you more. Been screaming out for it since Morrison and Bamba left. They're all too nice. Trouble is, a player ir two with character, some pace and a goalscorer is a tall ask for any window but is required.

I honestly think an average to good striker and a midfield hard nut who’d die for the shirt would be enough. Trouble is that without a director of football we’ve nobody who can see this, manager included unfortunately

We need a spine of leaders to build around and we don’t have that.

All of the teams doing well have a leader to control the back, a leader in midfield and a striker who can command from the front, none of which we have.

Anyone who doesn’t think the club already have targets in mind must be off their trolley! The problem is what the quality of the targets are and whether the club will actually follow through and get their targets, which I highly doubt they will.

I’m glad you’re confident the club has even a tiny idea what they’re doing but I’ve no such faith.

The hierarchy didn't have a manager lined up for over TWO MONTHS, so I think you have far too much trust if you think we have players shortlisted
