Yes and apparently several candidates previously turned down the job before O'Neil because the owners model for running club is not sustainable (selling best assets) can't see them escaping relegation looking at the indiscipline that players show on regular basis .....

Feel sorry for O'Neil, did a good job last season. He helped the likes of Cunha reach their potential.

But they sold some of their best players in the summer and didn't give him the money to replace them. They'll go down.

He'll end up in the Championship at some point and do a good job.
